These rules define the terms of the online store www.hocko.pl (hereinafter „Store”) and the conditions of the sale and realization of orders from the buyers („Customers”) through the store.
By placing the order in the Store, the Customer affirms that he or she have read the Terms and Conditions and agrees to them.
Personal information shall be protected in accordance with the Act of 29.08.1997 on the protection of the personal data (i.e. Dz.U.Nr 101 z 2002, poz. 926 z późn. zm.) in a manner preventing third party access.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
- The store sells toys and other products for children.
- All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT. We reserve the right to change the prices of the offered goods, extend the offer and promotions on the store’s website without notice.
- The prices of goods do not include shipping. The shipping costs can be found in a separate price lists. The shipping services are to be paid by the Customer.
- The store issues VAT invoices for all sold goods. Placing an order by the Customer is equivalent with the authorization to issue an invoice without the need for signature.
ORDERS
- Orders are to be placed directly through the website www.sklep.odrzeczy.com.pl.
- The condition for the order to be fulfilled is a properly filled-out order form by the Customer.
- Only an adult person or a company can be the Customer of the store.
PAYMENT
- The Store accepts the following methods of payment:

Orders will be canceled if no payment is recorded within 5 days of the order date.
REALIZATION OF THE ORDER
- The time of the realization of the order includes:
- time needed to prepare the order by the Store (the time between the receipt of payment and passing the package to the courier) – usually 1 business day,
- time of delivery by the courier – up to 48h on business days. In case the order cannot be completed within the standard time due to external reasons independent of the Store, the Customer will be contacted to determine further action.
SHIPPING COSTS
- The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. For items not bigger than 80x80x140cm they are 20 PLN (tax incl.) within Poland.
- For larger items the shipping cost will be determined individually. It is based on the overall dimensions and the value of the package.
- Wherever possible, the Customer should inspect the received package in the presence of the employee of the courier company. In case of damage, whenever possible, the Customer should notify the courier, reject the package and prepare Damaged Package Claim, as well as inform the Store.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
- According to the Act of March 2, 2000 on the consumer rights protection and liability for damage caused by a dangerous product, the Customer has a right to returned purchased goods within 10 days from the date of delivery without the need to justify it. It is only possible when the goods are not damaged, nor in any way used. The Store must be notified by e-mail of the intention to return the goods: [email protected].
- The Store agrees to verify the return within 2 days from the date of delivery to the Store. If all conditions of return are met, the Customer will be refunded the price of the returned goods within 7 days from the date of delivery to the Store. The funds will be transferred to a bank account designated by the Customer.
- The Customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returned or exchanged goods.
- In the case of a founded complaint, an exchange or return of faulty goods, the Store will refund the shipping costs to the Customer (details for such refund will be sought from the Customer).
- Complaints will be dealt with under the provisions of the Act of July 27, 2002 on the special conditions of consumer sale and on amendments to the Civil Code (Dz.U. z 05.09.2002).
